Hartwood was shaped by the idea that property management can feel more considered: attentive to the home, clear for the owner, and thoughtful about the guest experience.
Our roots are in the Sea to Sky region, with an approach designed to work wherever the right properties and local support come together.
OUR STORY IT BEGAN WITH OUR OWN HOMES
WHISTLER ROOTS
First, we were
the owners.
Years ago, we had a management company looking after our own properties in Whistler. We knew those homes could be cared for more closely—and that their potential was being missed—so we decided to manage them ourselves.
We brought a more personal eye to the details: how each home was presented, how guests were welcomed, and how the experience was managed from one stay to the next. For our own properties, rental revenue grew roughly fivefold, occupancy improved, and we earned Airbnb Superhost status.
That experience became the starting point for Hartwood. Today, we bring the same hands-on care and attention to the homes entrusted to us.
